Fast Pizza Order is an independent pizza ordering and customer assistance service. When you call our hotline, our specialists take your order, confirm your address, and coordinate your order with the participating restaurant you request. We are not a restaurant and we do not prepare or deliver food ourselves.
Fast Pizza Order is not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with Domino's, Pizza Hut, Marco's Pizza, Papa Johns, Little Caesars, or any other restaurant brand. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Payment for your order is handled per the arrangement confirmed with your order specialist on the call. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before the order is finalized.
If there is a problem with an order, call us as soon as possible at (888) 531-0972 and we will work with the fulfilling restaurant to resolve it. Refunds and remakes are subject to the fulfilling restaurant's policies.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and not to use our service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Pizza Order is not liable for the acts or omissions of participating restaurants, including food quality, preparation, allergens, or delivery performance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
